in which I address all of the above with explanations and infographics.

if you want to change you’ve to take a leap of faith.

We all know it. When it comes to achieving our health goals, knowledge is power, but action is crucial. That’s why if we’re serious  about making sustainable changes in our life, we’ve got to take action. But lot’s of us have taken action, from time to time, repeatedly, again and again, and it doesn’t always work, does it?

The problem is We lack patience and consistEncy.

When we want something, we want it now. In today’s fast paced world we demand instant gratification, but if we compare gym attendance during the months of January and say, March, we can see that most people lose motivation over time. Why?

People lose motivation Because they set unrealistic goals and make huge changes that just aren’t sustainable.

We must learn to make small changes.

Small changes, day by day, week by week, month by month, lead to giant successes. By seeking the help of a qualified, committed and down-to-earth coach, we can make a huge step in becoming the healthiest, happiest and most vibrant version of ourselves. The version we’ve always known was inside us.

And just where exactly can I find this coach?!

You’ve found him!

His name is Billy Brown and he provides Nutrition and Food Production services to the wonderful people of the Sunshine City (Orillia, Ontario), the Muskokas, Toronto and Canadians everywhere.

He’s a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. So, he’s part hippy, part nerd, and part crocodile hunter (sort of). Billy’s nutritional advice isn’t based off fads, gimmicks, or short cuts. Instead, his central mantra is: simplify, simplify, simplify.

Good nutrition isn’t complicated. We all know we’re not eating enough vegetables and we shouldn’t eat a ton of junk foods. But it’s hard knowing what is considered “junk” these days with all the hype and quick fixes that surround health and wellness. Food companies over-label products with buzz words and intentionally try to confuse us.

We are bombarded by information every moment of every day, from the mass media, advertisements, internet use, social media and good ol’ fashioned word of mouth. Marketing has evolved to such a degree that we are being manipulated and we don’t even realize it.

Living in the information age, it’s more Critical than ever that we know how to separate the good, the bad and the ugly.

If we don’t educate ourselves, we risk falling prey to the less-than-pure forces in the world that exist purely to capitalize off of confusion, ignorance and sickness.

Always remember: knowledge is power, so feed yourself knowledge.

Well, that’s the end of my spiel.
